I tried this nail spa for the first time. The staff is friendly and helpful. They answered all the questions I had. The pedicure with hot stones is very relaxing!

I have tried to go there many times and think it would get better. Many of the workers seem highly untrained. They definitely provide better services to some that they like, and shortchange people that are not regulars. Today was my final straw. My family of 4 came in to get ready for our cruise and we all had issues! I walked away with a bottom lip that she waxed off and made it bleed. We are just done.

Nails looked horrible. Cuticles were painted, nails were poorly shaped, technician messed up my toe nail polish.

Went in to get my eyebrows threaded not only did they not have a designated place/chair for this service (my mistake I should of walked out when she told me to sit on a regular chair by the front desk) when I told her I felt like she was pinching my skin she said my hair was long that’s why it hurt so much. The burning lasted all day and woke up with this bruises/cut marks on my skin. The area is still very tender to the touch.
