We have utilized the services of this lawn care company for the past couple of years. We are very happy with our lawn’s appearance, health and maintenance. Rob and his crew are very honest, available and promptly reply to every request. We have two family dogs and were very concerned about any adverse impacts the lawn treatments might have on them. I'm a new customer and very impressed with the professionalism in dealing with Rob and the lawn tech, Darren, who did my first treatment. Darren explained everything to me he was doing and provided suggestions on trouble areas in my lawn. I see the results of their service on my neighbors lawn, who recommend me to them. Their lawn is beautiful, green, lush and healthy and I look forward to my yard looking the same and giving a five star rating.
I've been a customer of Organic Lawns since 2014, and I appreciate the stellar customer service rendered by Rob and his team. With all the leaves in my yard in the fall, he's happy to reschedule the treatment until I can get them up. I've never had an issue with billing or scheduling. In addition, the lawn treatments have improved my lawn greatly!
Five stars from me. I have used Organic Lawns for over 7 years. Rob and his crew do my shrubs, all turf, aeration and seeding, fertilizing, etc.,. they always have done a great job. CAUTION: Organic Lawns destroyed my lawn. When I contacted Rob/Ron, he stated that the lawn was dormant. I religiously, regularly watered my lawn before. I increased my water bill by trying to revive it. It did not. I had to step and restart my lawn costing me an unnecessary expense. I was none-too-pleased. Rob/Ron has taken unauthorized monies from my account. Which is pilferage. Dear Yvette, In the summer when temperatures reach in excess of 90 degrees and there is limited irrigation tall fescue grass goes into a dormant state. It is completely natural for a lawn during this short stressful period to turn brown due to the high heat and duress of any typical Maryland summer. Do not use!!! Totally ruined my lawn! When I called was told that the lawn was dormant- this was in June and my lawn was brown and dead! When I asked what they would do to make it right - I was told that nothing they put on the lawn would hurt it and would come look at it - but never showed up. Terrible customer service!!! DO NOT USE!!

My friend told me how good organic lawns was and I switched to them from a more well known company in the bel air area. So far i could not be happier with the service would highly recommend this company.
Organic Lawns provide a excellent service, the techs that have been to our property always have been careful and considerate of a number of things from where they park, landscaping around the property, and closing the gate. Our lawn looks so much better then I expected from a few treatments and aeration and seeding and fertilizer from the super thorough crew that was sent out to my house.
