We've only had them for one month. And they did a good job so far. They're coming back to aerate and overseed my front yard in a few weeks. Looking forward to having my lawn look better than it did before
Unhappy because after several conversations with the owner/manager about where the services were supposed to be completed at, they are still not fulfilling that obligation. I was basically made to feel like I'm not telling the truth eventhough I have Ring cameras.
Owner ***** *** ***** is shady. I cancelled my lawn services with them MONTHS ago. They still charge my card for services I did not WANT or ASKED FOR. Says they will refund me but never did for all the unauthorized charges. BEWARE.
We love Organic Lawns. We have used them for a loooong time. Our lawn always looks great and feels wonderful under foot. Office and staff are very kind and easy too deal with. The organic products they use makes it safe for pets, grandchildren and wild life. Thank you ORGANIC LAWNS

Poor communications with a Lack of Price Plan and Billing Transparency. I called today (Feb 14, 2025) to cancel my service and was told that I still owed for 2 treatments from last September! My account was supposed to be automatically charged to my cc. I called Rob last fall with a new CC number to bill. He told me today the charge didn't go through because he had the old card number, but... he had the new card's expiration date. When was he going to say something?? I have never received a written contract from Organic Lawns, despite paying for their services throughout this year. I have left many voicemails, and spoken directly with Rob, requesting this document.Today (8/30/2024), at 11:19 AM, I spoke with Rob about being charged for services that have not been done. He asked me to call him this afternoon, and he will answer my questions. I have lost trust in his company, and need to have my Contract cancelled. We are very happy with our lawn. It is the best it has ever looked in many years. Chris M. takes time in studying what our lawn needs to help it to continue to grow beautifully.
I just want to say how pleased I am with rob and his crew. My yard has never looked better then it does now. Darren does such a wonderful job on my yard he is very respectful to me and always says hello . He is very knowledgeable and you should be very pleased to have him as an employee.
