Dan's insight and knowledge of the local market was very valuable for coming up with a good price for my house. His local contacts with reliable contractors was also a significant help. Dan also provided good analysis of the offers that were made for the house. I think it went about as quickly and easily as possible. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Nothing is easy about selling your dream home; however, Dan stepped up to the plate and handled a delicate situation with the upmost respect to me.
