Needed a battery replaced at the last minute. They installed it for free AND matched the lowest price of other stores to carry the battery. Robert provided excellent customer service and installed the battery professionally and without issue. He was also wonderful at the counter when purchasing the battery. I had talked to Anna on the phone originally and she was very professional. Attentive, kind and helpful. I would recommend this store to everyone!
Yesterday my car was towed into this location with a dead battery, because it was close to home and it's usually where I get my batteries. Myles, who is absolutely AMAZING, came out, replaced my battery and my car didn’t start. So Myles ran diagnostics on my car and nothing was wrong. I told him it didn't have much gas in it and maybe it was out of gas. He immediately told me he had a 1 gallon gas can and would take me to the Chevron up the road to fill it. My jaw dropped! Myles is the best! Even when I'm not sure what exactly I need he figures it out. He should be a manager by now. You all are missing a great opportunity fir a qualified manager in this young mab.
