I was happy I was able to confirm online that the sparkplug wires were in stock - Plus one star. When they got them off the shelf in back I asked to borrow an ohm-meter to ensure they were within spec. Got the shocked look and, "We don't do that." OK. I asked if they took returns on them. "NO," with attitude. Got home and checked the website: "Both online and in-store purchases can be returned to your local store." The wires are on the high side of spec, but good enough. Customer service = A+ Had to get a battery and windshield wipers. Justine was great. She installed both in record time. Very thankful to her and the lady that checked us out (didn’t get her name).
Clean store. Very helpful and polite staff
Poor service by one of the guys. Slow and wasn't happy to be there. If you don't like your job, find one that better suits you. Don't make everyone else suffer because you hate where you work.
