Need to have a battery checked. These colder mornings have been hard for the truck to start. Ben tested my battery and found it was failing. He looked up the new battery and swapped them out for me. He also installed the new wipers I purchases aswell. Ben's friendly, competent and fast, had me in in out in what seemed like 20 min. Thanks Been for the great service. Keep it up!
I came to this store needing to have my battery and alternator tested. Without hesitation, Coltan (Asst. Manager), was outside and assisting me with kindness and understanding. Upon my battery testing bad, he helped me find the right battery, INSTALLED IT FOR ME, and made sure I was good to go! He never once made me feel like a stranded female needing a battery changed for me. The customer service was top notch.
