I visited Oreillys yesterday on 12/9/2025 looking for “fluids” for my vehicle. I had no clue on what fluids I needed (I’m just a girl 😩) I just knew that my car was seeming as if it wanted to run hot. A cool guy named Ben assisted me. He helped me find the fluid that I needed which was Antifreeze, whole time I thought antifreeze was the stuff in the can and he corrected me and told me that, that’s called Freon… oops 😬 however once he got me the items that I needed, he went the extra mile and put them in my car for me. Need to have a battery checked. These colder mornings have been hard for the truck to start. Ben tested my battery and found it was failing. He looked up the new battery and swapped them out for me. He also installed the new wipers I purchases aswell. Ben's friendly, competent and fast, had me in in out in what seemed like 20 min. Thanks Been for the great service. Keep it up!
