I got battery and alternator checked here. She told me both were bad. I also went to Auto Zone for the same thing. They told me battery was bad and alternator was good. I bought a battery at Auto Zone. I tried charging old battery but it wouldn’t charge. O Reilly’s was just trying to sell me something I really didn’t need! I will never go back back there!!!!
Some of the best people here! Checked battery's the helped chang hood shock and let me use tools that I needed. Thanks will be back
Went in looking for tire cables because of an incoming storm. They did not have the correct size. Branson went above and beyond searching for them, called me back, told me where to go, and I was able to purchase them at another location. Branson provided incredible customer service! Very thoughtful! Great store!
