Never answer their phones
Terrible experience. I will say staff was very nice, but helpful is not here. Both staff members seemed to have no clue what they were doing with a simple battery change. I bought a battery and universal terminals and was told it was no problem to change and put new terminals. We wasted over 2 HOURS. They couldn’t get the terminal loose and stated they needed to break it to get it off, BUT if they did so they couldn’t replace the terminal per their policy. Very unhappy with this store and would advise anyone to stay away
I needed a new battery today pretty quickly but other competitors just didn't make the cut. Alex was polite, helpful and knowledgeable and he took care of me in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
