I called for a fuel pump and was told it would be at the store by 5 pm . At 7:30 I called and they could not find the order or who took the order . My phone number was given. . We have had an accident with o Riley’s for 15 years yet they couldn’t find us in the system .
I have used this Nixa location on a couple of occasions. Thomas Cook was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional in both instances. Mr. Cook sold me a car battery and completed an install, fielding my questions along the way. In addition, Mr. Cook diagnosed an issue with my daughter's windshield wiper that equated to a much easier fix than I had initially suspected the vehicle was needing. Thank you O'Reilly and thank Mr. Cook.
Was a tiny bit smaller than I remember but overall had everything I needed
