I have used this Nixa location on a couple of occasions. Thomas Cook was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional in both instances. Mr. Cook sold me a car battery and completed an install, fielding my questions along the way. In addition, Mr. Cook diagnosed an issue with my daughter's windshield wiper that equated to a much easier fix than I had initially suspected the vehicle was needing. Thank you O'Reilly and thank Mr. Cook.
