Customer service was very nice very helpful
Everytime we walk into this store, we are kindly assisted. Most recently, Susan was there to assist with our vehicle issue which needed prompt attention to get fixed. She was professional and sympathetic to our situation- her caring and work ethic is what lacks at many other stores these days. We will always come back and refer others to O'Reillys. Laws.
I needed replacement lug nuts and they didn’t have the exact ones I needed in stock, but Andy searched in the back to find ones that would fix. He really went the extra mile and I appreciated it. Everyone in the store was super kind and friendly. :)
Both visits to the store were for my son and his truck we've been fixing up. We had the pleasure of working with Chris and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Could not have asked for better service! We'll definitely be returning soon.
