I can't speak of any other location, but the Chiefland O'Reilly's is top notch. Great staff, always have what I need. I want to give a special shout out to Kris, a fellow Honda guy, who always knows what I'm carrying on about.

Ordered parts yesterday suppose to pick up yesterday by 5pm couldn't make it ,called told them I couldn't make it till today ,was told not to worry parts would be here waiting. Got to the store at noon,one part was correct other one was wrong so I went back in store to swap for correct part,they said they sold that part at 5:30 yesterday and it would be 3pm before they could get it here I'm 40+ miles from home so now I have to stay here for 4 hrs and wait .No apologies some other employee showed and tried to say it was my fa... read more
