Who every the young short guy is working today at 5:08pm you made my wife completely walk out and NOT purchase anything because of your lack of customer service skills. You walked right in front of her she spoke and you ignored her and walked off. Hopefully it's just a bad day for you and you get over your stank attitude fast.
The installer (named Jacob) lost all of my vehicle's programming since they did not keep power to the vehicle while installing a new battery, EVEN THOUGH I ASKED HIM TO DO SO BEFORE HE DISCONNECTED THE OLD BATTERY! Afterwards, he just shrugged and walked away. I called the store manager, Tommy Garrett, and he said that they do not keep power to the vehicle "unless the computer tells them to do so".
