Well. Let me tell you. Dawn (the store manager) is out of this world amazing. I called her before leaving my home this morning to verify parts I needed were in stock and she was very very knowledgeable and very helpful over the phone. And then silly me went to the paducha store by mistake by mall.side. I can't not remeber what the store managers name was at the paducha mall.side but she was absolutely no Dawn from loanoak store.
