Recommendedthe customer service I get there is absolutely wonderful.
Sold me the wrong part and caused a part of the metal where the idler pulley attaches to be eaten up. I was given an idler for a 01 Pontiac Grand Prix with a supercharger. I have no supercharger and we told them this before we bought the part while they were pulling it up.
Asked a question about a product from a cashier,the next guy on the phone interrupts us with his rude& hateful tone about a refund or exchange if I needed one,puts his customer on hold,says something rude about their intelligence, and proceeds about his business. I ended up returning my purchase. I mean,AUTO ZONE IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE PROFESSIONAL, NICE, HELPFUL AND & COURTEOUS ALWAYS. I realize now why all the great employees you had there are now gone.
Refused to give my brother his money back on an unused alternator. That's poor customer service.
