On 8/3/25 we went to O’Reilly’s to get a battery and hopefully have someone put it in for us. Tommy was so helpful and readily agreed to take the old battery out and install the new one. And even checked to make sure the alternator was working properly. He was great. We would definitely go back to this store again! Great customer service!
These guys do a great job every time I come in. They always have a great attitude and willingness to help. Y'all keep up the great work!
i came into this store this afternoon and was helped by a lovely young man named holden. even though they were busy, he went above and beyond to help me. this is the kind of customer service i wish we still had everywhere!
