Very dissatisfied. My parents were in town on a Saturday visiting when they experienced problems with their car. The gentleman in the store ordered the part that was needed and promised that it would be available at 3:00 on Sunday. My parents had to make arrangements to stay over for the night. They contacted the store at 3:30 on Sunday and were told that the part had not been ordered. We could have driven to Greenville and purchased the part on Saturday night.
