The two Associates working Sunday june 28th were amazingly helpful and professional. I came in the store and was helped by a female Associate she troubleshoot the issue which allowed me to start on the fix. The other Associate Aroz ( might be wrong on the name) also lened his knowledge and some of his personal tools which I needed to get my vehicle in working order. I had a terrible experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts location. It’s the closest auto parts store to me, so I brought my car battery in to get tested and possibly charged. When I walked in, there were several employees talking in the back while nobody was at the front counter. After waiting a bit, an older man walked out from one of the aisles, looked at me, yelled “CUSTOMER,” and walked away. About 5 minutes later, a female employee came out from the back.
