I had a terrible experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts location. It’s the closest auto parts store to me, so I brought my car battery in to get tested and possibly charged. When I walked in, there were several employees talking in the back while nobody was at the front counter. 30+ minute hold, absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional
This auto parts store has the worst customer service. My wife went twice in one day to get a windshield wiper replaced because I was at work, and they gave her the wrong part twice rather than go out and install it. Then I went and tried twice, and on the second try, they gave me the right one. Customers come into the store, and nobody cares what they're looking for. Women feel vulnerable.
I don’t remember the dudes name but was very thankful for his help changing out a burned headlight bulb; on a freezing day . Gracias!
I’ve Been to this store a few times very clean store. The staff are very helpful and polite especially the gentleman that helped me I believe his name was Carmelo he helped me find everything I needed and more especially that I don’t know anything about cars. Will definitely be coming here again for my car parts. Thank you guys
