At your Maple Heights, Oh location I received horrible customer service. When I called in inquiring about a part for my vehicle, an almost $300 part to be exact the Store Associate was impatient and rude. His exact words used when I simply asked him to repeat what he said so that my mechanic could hear were, “ I mean I have customers!” The last time I checked, I was a customer as well.
