I was having a little difficulty finding a engine air filter even though I had the brand and part number. I started walking towards the checkout when an associate behind the counter asked if he could help. I showed him my part number. He taped in his computer and cheerfully said "It looks like I have one left in back. I go get it for you". He asked if I had a phone number on file and he pulled that up too.
