I have had positive experiences at this location before. However, the lady that helped me today was very rude. She seemed to be more concerned about her vape coils than helping me. It seemed like I was an inconvenience to her and she was visibly agitated as well. I work in costumer service as well and I have bad days, but making a customer uncomfortable with a bad attitude is never acceptable. It’s not going to keep me from shopping there again, but I believe it should be addressed.
I have a great crew that i work with. An its a job.
