Sold me the wrong part. I needed an h11 bulb not a 9005. Shouldn't have assumed the guy was right.
I had a wonderful experience with O 'Reilly's Auto Parts. My car had to jumped off to get it started. I drove straight to the store on Tazewell Pike where Jerney tested the battery and the alternator. He said the battery was low. He gave several options and explained the benefits of each one. His explanations were very clear and I did not feel like I was being talked down to. I chose to replace the battery. He gave options about the new battery.
