RecommendedStopped in to Gardnerville store on a road trip from Central California. Pulled in with a freshly jumped but rather dead battery. Tony helped us out. He was super friendly, helpful and changed out our battery in the parking lot. Awesome service and a great price too. Best auto parts store experience I've ever had!
Needed a battery today. OUTSTANDING customer service from John (asst mgr). My husband decided to replace it in the parking lot, well he lost a bolt and John went out of his way to help us find a new one that fit. It was for our RV so it was not standard. We highly recommend this store.
7:45 PM Thursday, February 21. Customer service tonight was horrible. A Man sitting on the counter next to the register when I walked in. “nice impression”,other man resisting to help and lady in glasses hiding down the way. I've been dealing with O'Reilly Auto Parts for years now, and that is why I don't go anywhere else is because all of my warranty stuff is in their computer system. But within the past year, I do not know of a time that I have not had to go back and get the right part. It gets pretty annoying to get home, take your car part, to realize that you have to put it all back together so that you can drive back to the store for the right part.
