Long story short I came in last night my car check engine light was on and it needed oil and Chris put it in for me, and went the extra mile for a customer and I would recommend him or Jonathan for any assistance they truly make this store
Bought a battery that was dead & wouldn't charge. Took it back the next day. They want to keep it and charge it for 80 min. Then, see if it holds a charge before they swap it out. And JOSH thinks he can talk to folks any kinda way. When he said "IM GOING TO TELL YOU THIS ONE TIME & ONE TIME ONLY" I'd heard enough. I've never been treated so disrespectful. Have to go back tomorrow just to get a refund. AND DONT BOTHER WITH THAT AUTOMATED RESPONSE SAYING HOW YOU TRY TO GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS NOT GONNA HAPPEN UNTIL YOU... read more
