RecommendedEarly this morning, on my way to work, my alternator went out. I made it to this O’Reillys and they checked my alternator, and kindly suggested I go next door to Chapman’s Auto to get it fixed. I did so. Thank you to O’Reillys for helping a frazzled gal stay calm, and thank you for steering me right.
#1 seeing my grandson, he's very respectful to all his customers! He gave me good customer service, gave me a quote on brakes for my car! # proud gma!
I don't advocate poor customer service, but have found that sometimes second chances can be enlightening. We as customers have a small window of time for which to judge. We don't know what may have been going on throughout the day. On the other hand, we as service providers use that same window to impress. I know the current management of this store fairly well. His record speaks for itself. You could talk to him and he might try to make things right. BTW, I work for the competition so my rating doesn't count.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. As a business owner I would never treat anyone this way. I have gotten better service at McDonald's. Worst management I have ever dealt with. " Won't ever get a penny from me again."
