Everytime I take a battery there to get it charged they tell me that it's a bad battery even though I have my own tester that would disagree and so I'm having to go a Couple of blocks to AutoZone they are able to charge it up for me no problem and test it Good. Ether O'Reilly's needs to get new machines or they are just trying to get me to buy a new battery..
They have parts you need and often in stock
Very poor customer service! Very unwelcoming staff! Staff not courteous, unfriendly and not very helpful at all that I decided to leave the store!
