I am 4’10” female from out of state- thought I needed battery ASAP- jerk sold me battery refused to check mine or install- piss poor customer service and attitude- “too cold” maybe should not adv this service or at least post disclaimer you’re too lazy to abide by company policies?!? Had to go down the street and pay to have it checked/installed by someone else- if not pressed for time would have tried to find somewhere else- have been to other OReilys - never have I received such crappy customer service- disgrace to company... read more
Bought a throw out bearing. Installed it and busted. Brought it back told me nothing wrong with it. Had to drive all the way to crookston to get a new one.
My windshield wiper broke off today. I called O'Reilly Auto Parts to see if they had a replacement and the gentleman who answered assured me they had what I needed., In fact he had 4 different "level" of wipers to choose from and informed me that the one set was currently on sale! When I asked if they would be able to replace mine for me, he said of course they would. Upon my arrival, the same nice man had them at the counter and ready for me.
