Absolutely amazing people, broke down on a road trip with no tools or help. I spent 10 hours outside working on my car, asked for about 30 different tools and the guys working did everything they could to help me. Even offered to come outside to help me. Thank you people of Michigan City.
I walk into the building and headed to the counter. There are 2 sales persons there. One is helping a customer ( I've worked with this lady before she is excellent in service) and a younger man at the counter who is on his phone. I stood there waiting while he shopped or texted his girlfriend or whatever. Does not customer service come first in a place of business? You're just gonna let paying customer stand there while employees sit on their phones?? Apparently gen Z'ers don't give a care. I WILL NOT BE BACK. SMH.
Thomas was great! He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond for us.
