Exceptional customer service. I needed to mount a license plate bracket on my front bumper which did not have any pre-drilled holes for screws and the tow hook was too recessed behind the front surface. Lucy figured out a solution to mount one of the brackets they sold to the front grill of my car without damaging the vehicle. She came out into the parking lot and mounted it for me. I'm very thankful for her expertise and help today!
