Went to store looking for conditioner/cleaner for convertible soft top and spoke to assistant manager Anthony. He asked me if it was vinyl or what kind of convertible top. He showed me cleaner for vinyl material not related to convertible top. He was very unfriendly and rude and told me to leave the store because I did not know what I was looking for which I thought he should know!
