I’ve always had a positive experience here with solid service. I choose O’Reilly’s over AutoZone whenever I can, no matter the city. Today, Randy was super nice and professional. He helped me find exactly what I needed, answered all my questions, installed new wiper blades, and gave advice where he could. Keep him around—he’s a good one!

On 4/11 around 9:40 am I went into this location to get a taillight bulb replacement, I looked around the aisle and couldn't match up the correct size, so I walked up to the counter to ask for help. There was one employee sitting at a computer looking bored. So I walked up with my bulb, and before I could get out a single word he snapped at me in an extremely rude tone That "he's busy with a commercial account and doesn't have time for me." Martin I think. but it could have been another person, who yelled at me and my husband as we were holding a light bulb to find a match he obviously couldn’t help so he yelled at us about how busy he was on the computer don’t come here for help go to Walmart! Or any other location terrible experience my day off of work, we are fixing the car and instead we get yelled at by an O’Reillys employee DONT COME HERE. THEY ARE TOOOOO BUSY & TOOOO IMPORTANT TO HELP YOU !
