You need a couch and a tv in the store so there is something to do while you wait and wait and wait and wait for your part to come from the back warehouse
I work here at the D.C and I can honestly say. Best job I have ever had. With this company you can grow and become anything if you put in the hard work and stay focused on how you want to grow with this company. A lot of opportunities for growth with in this company. I am proud to say I belong to the oriellys family.
Waited 1 hour for a part to be brought up from the warehouse. Then it had already been installed in someone else's jeep. The counter guy wasn't very knowledgeable.
We've got a store 3 minutes from our home in a Yorkville but will make the drive to Naperville instead. Thank you Brady for taking the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed.
Your staff was amazing!!!! They found my part, I was able to get everything hooked up, but couldn't pop the piece back in, the guys helped until it was finished, never giving up or giving me a hard time. I came in for a license plate light after getting pulled over, I left with working lights and a new favorite auto parts store! Thank you
