Went here to get a new battery and was denied as I was a few month shy from the warranty date which expired in April and I got a new battery in March due to defective battery. Anyway, they sell bad batteries and don’t take ownership or go above and beyond the manager on duty yesterday evening on 7/15 was unprofessional and looked like a random customer. Never coming back here again.
I went to O’Reilly auto parts 7-1-26. I was greeted by DJ assistant manager. He was very polite and professional, he helped me a minor problem and I do appreciate him. It was my first time in the store. I will return
