always find what i need I can always find what I need in here easily. they have a nice selection and very knowledgeable associates. Nothing in here is really expensive especially regular car maintenance supplies. the store is set up nice and always clean.
convienent I find it extremely convienent to go here. They have average prices, but it is very easy to find things in here. They usually only have one cashier checking people out but that never seems to be an issue as I have never seen them that busy where they need more.
kragen auto If I ever need small parts for my car I will go here. I have been here to replace my car battery and I had a good experience. They had a book hanging there that made it really easy for me to see what battery my car would need. The store seemed to be very customer friendly.
Automobile I have to rate this store just average and nothing special. I went here to get a car part for my vehicle and they sold me the wrong stuff, actually it was for a different brand of car all together. They took it back with no problem, but I dont know if i would trust them to sell me the correct stuff next time. The store is set up well and if you know what you are looking for its easy to find things, but if you know nothing about cars you may have a hard time like I did.
not bad Kragen is not a bad place to shop if you need small parts for your car. I have noticed if you need anything major they will have to special order it for you, but they are good at getting the parts ordered quickly and calling you as soon as it comes in.
kragen I dont like shopping for car parts and I rarely do but when I need to pick up something for my car this is the place to go. They help me with what I need, usually I dont even know what I am looking for but they are good at helping me figure it out. Their service is A+ quality.
