O’Reilly is awesome. I went there, not for car parts but for a blessing. John gave me what I needed to continue on my way home. Thank you John. John gave me his own money for me to buy gas to get back home. I thank you John, you are a blessing.
Ordered a product. Paid shipping to have delivered on certain date. Did not show. They are not even sure if it will be here the following day. Now I have to pay $250 to have my employees stay an extra day in hotels! Rediculous. Said they would call me, and never even did. Had to call right before they closed to be told my part never showed up.... never go here or trust these guys if you are in need of prompt service.
