I received excellent customer service from Austin at the Dade City O'Reilly Auto Parts store. I had an issue with my headlight and Austin changed it for me, showed me a potential issue, and gave me really good advice. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He's turned me into a repeat customer. She had already purchased batteries from Walmart, but they didn’t solve the problem. When we went to O’Reilly’s, Angelina took her time to carefully check everything and make sure the right battery fixed the issue.
