Great customer service. They had exactly what I needed and helped me put it in my vehicle.
We were passing through the area on vacation and had an electrical problem. I stopped by the store, they were quite helpful in finding the right tools to tighten down my battery cable and get is back on the road. Great store with outstanding assistance.
Huge thanks to Donald and Dylan. My car broke down while passing through biloxi and they were super kind In helping me out with my car. They recommended where to go to fix it and let me park the car In their lot.(I ended up selling the car since the engine was blown completely, thanks again to Donald for the recommendation) if you need car help in biloxi definitely come to this O’Reilly’s!
As a female when I go to a parts store, I expect to get a little help from the staff if I’m doing something like a headlight or a windshield wiper or something of that sort that did not happen today. Absolutely no assistance from the staff even seemed bothered when I had questions
