Great service! I wasn’t sure where I should go to get my headlight bulbs replaced. So in a spur of the moment I had seen on the O’Reilly does them for free. Though I thought it was complex because my battery was so close to my passenger side headlight. The employees at this location really did an amazing job with their customer service. This store sucks staff is disrespectful couldn’t take the check engine light scanner out by myself staff said they had to follow me out there like I was gonna steal it or something I’ll rather go to AutoZone where I can go outside with there scanner and not be followed get better staff
If I could leave a negative review I honestly would. I’ve been in several O’Reilly’s Dylan was extremely rude and I didn’t catch the other two employees as well. And went in to get a scan on my car for my check engine light and never have I ever been told someone has to go out with me I’ve done several scans on my car by my self. Was told someone had to be with me when I told the guy no I can do it my self he goes I know but I want to come out there with you.
