I experienced EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location. I visited on Friday 8.3.18 in the 6pm hour. I was greeted and assisted with open arms by 2 team members. Andrew went above and beyond while showing compassion by replacing my brake light bulbs in my Jeep. You just don’t get this wonderful service often. I just want to say thank you so much and a visit to this location would be worth the drive.
Let me just say I was blown away by how well I was treated when I walked in the door. I was greeted by Andrew told him I needed a new battery and asked if he could change it. As cold as it was outside this evening in the low teens he did not hesitate to say yes. What I failed to mention is,I was just down the street at auto zone and they did not want to help me at all.
