I pulled in the fridge late evening. I saw 2 employees cleaning and sweeping the store and normally I would not have gone inside since there were no other customers at the store. I walked inside and both of those employees greeted me very kindly and while he was not able to assist me he would have had my right head light been easily accessible to install. 5 stars for cleanliness of the store and genuine customer service. I will visit them again when I need something for my car
Just called at 12:25 for a part check to see if they had it in stock. Was told the didn't and could have by 4 roughly. Unfortunate that it wasn't in stock but understand that it happens. My rating for one star comes for the fact when I was mid sentence, the employee just straight hung up on me when I was asking if any locations near by had one in stock at all. Pretty sad when you call their store line and they just hang up on you especially since O'Reilly's is my primary commercial account as well
