The team was very helpful and performed a diagnostic test on my Altima that was just in the shop. They gave me a printout. That was so helpful. My son tried some after market parts that didn't work out. But easily switched it back for now. This simple printout was so helpful and kept my on the road. I will definitely be shopping with O'REILLY now. Great job and sign on the front of store
The White girl with the facial tattoo needs to work on her interpersonal skills and professionalism. Her current approach, particularly toward women, falls short of basic human and customer service standards. I hope corporate address this, because currently she doesn’t meet the expectation of her role.
