The manager who is supposed to treat customers well is a rude racist and unprepared to be there.
Great store, Dywan was very helpful and friendly.
There is almost always a problem with orders for car parts or they don't have them, they are always changing employees so I assume that is why they don't care about performing and solving the problem.
Came here to get my batteries tested to see which one was bad as I have a diesel truck went to counter to a short guy with long dreads told him I needed them tested and immediately says I can't reach your batteries (stock height) gives me the tester. I proceed to do the test but I don't know how to use it. I go back in tell him I need help and wow he can reach the batteries and truck just fine. He says it was good and then I ask him I need to check the other battery and says " man it's to cold for this I'm going in". I immed... read more
