Is it possible to give 0 stars? the “manager”, his name Asa, clearly needs to not be in charge of a store, especially after selling us a used product and when my boss sent me to return it he did not want to process the return because he said we used it, for 75 dollars you’ll expect the product to be new or at least to change it for you
