Excellent service with transparency from a great mechanic who helped me today, Willie, with replacing my dead battery - helping to diagnose the problem, and showing me tips in replacing my Honda battery. Been to this location 3 times in the past week to get peace of mind on my vehicle and each time was met with accuracy and quality customer service.
Willie here was outstanding! He explained to me and my mom why my car may having starting issues despite a working battery. He also gave us great advice for further maintenance and detailing. He had amazing manners and was incredibly efficient by respectfully helping multiple customers at once without ever making us feel rushed. Truly above-and-beyond service.
