Amazing customer service! Jay helped me with replacing my low beams on my Subaru and even showed me how to do it with some tips! Cannot recommend enough!
Getting ready to head out all the way to Philly today and had to pull into Dave's marketplace due to a dead engine battery. Keegan the assistant manager helped us out immensely. He personally drove the battery over to us since it was a long walk. He helped us get back on the road within an hour. Exceptional customer service and we ended up buying some tools that he ended up showing us while we were there. I've always loved O'Reilly's but this one will be my favorite of them all!!
We are not happy customers only because of one older woman ( A MANAGER ) that works here. She is rude, nasty look on her face when you walk in the door. She has no customer service experience what's so ever. When speaking with her she talks over you when explaining our situation. We will Not go to this store anymore because of her. All other staff we never EVER had a problem with. They help with anything we may need and go above and beyond. Please see that she is told about this PROBLEM this store will lose more customers.
