My windshield wiper broke on me in the rain, I managed to make it to the store where I was immediately and warmly greeted by Dylan. He asked how he could help, not knowing how nervous and embarrassed I was to not know how to fix such a small issue. I popped into this location today for a pair of windshield wipers for my Mini Cooper . Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and proceeded to tell the sales tech ( didn’t catch his name ) what I needed . He quickly looked up what would work for my car and we proceeded to go out to my car where he attempted to install them .
