Not happy at all with the service I received. We stopped in yesterday to get brake line, they had to order the rubber lines. No problem. Well, when I went back to the store today to pick up the line, Wyatt, told me he HADNT ORDERED the parts. I drove clear from crocker to St. Robert just to pick them up. Because of Wyatt, you guys have lost a repeat customer. Yesterday he acted like he didn't want to be at work. Today he acted the same way. I went there for an alternator belt. They asked what amp my alternator was and told me I could locate it on the belt. I checked the belt and alternator. didn't see anything. What I thought was going to be a quick trip ended out to be longer with no results. Long story short. I went to Napa auto parts and was in and out with in 3 minutes with a new and correct belt. This o'reilly's location has inexperienced staff and will not receive any business from me and will be talked about negatively to others.
