This location obviously only wants the business of one gender, as I learned today. My O'Reilly in Bloomington employs associates that are polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The guys at this location did everything they could to patronize and attempt to unnecessarily charge me for things I repeatedly stated that I did not need. Then the associate proceeded to explain to me how a brake pad works. I've been a manager in commercial driving for 17 years, so I've seen my fair share of rough shops & parts stores.
