Big shout out to Chris at this store in Conway. We were traveling to the beach from out of town, and had a windshield wiper fly off (just installed at Sam's club a few days earlier). It was pouring. We stopped at the store and Chris replaced it. I tried to offer him a tip and he would not accept it. He was so helpful, got soaking wet and remained pleasant throughout. Many thanks to this exceptional young man.
I had a great customer experience with Chris in the Conway, SC store. He sold and installed new front and back windshield wiper blades for me!! He was pleasant, fast and accurate. I will bring my other cars there soon!
