I stopped going to autozone for a reason… now that reason is at oreilly! Spend more time pretending they are looking up parts and don’t know what they are actually talking about. Management makes me feel real uncomfortable when I am there.
Their staff spends too much time pricing parts and talking instead of closing the deal and moving on. Rarely can you get anyone on the phone without being put on hold.
