I only needed a replacement headlamp...the bulb...not the whole assembly. I had the part number and SKU written down. I was on my way to school. (I am a substitute teacher.) There was one many working the register with a customer... and lots of items on the counter...including about a dozen spark plugs (which the cashier was typing into the computer VERY SLOWLY... using two fingers. I went to the store to have my battery checked as it had died. Sophia checked to make sure that was the problem. Turns out I DID need a new battery. I was short on cash for the battery, with my core discount, and the rewards card I was still five dollars short! One of the employees, Cassidy, gave me the five dollars! I was in tears! I had three of the BEST people working with me so a BIG THANK YOU to CASSIDY, SHANE ( installed the battery) AND SOPHIA! May God bless all three of you!! From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!
