Horrible customer service. – This store is understaffed and the staff that is available is under trained. I entered the store when there were no customers and waited at the parts counter 5 minutes for help. When the associate appeared he asked me what I needed and I explained that I had a driver's side view mirror to return because the wrong one was ordered. I then explained that he or someone needed to look at the side view mirror on my car before placing another order so that they ordered the correct one this time around. ... read more
