They’re disrespectful and understaffed. They seriously need help since they can’t do their jobs as advertised! I went to get a battery check and was told to go somewhere else cause they’re understaffed. That’s it. No help on where to go. No sincerity. No nothing.

They have a store employee name Helen and she is the most disrespectful and nasty person that Ive met in the customer service industry. Im trying to locate the District Manager because I will be filing a formal complaint. As she stated, "File the complaint against me, not the store." I plan to do this and would not recommend this store to anyone seeking respectful customer service. Especially since they state Customer Service is their #1 priority.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I just stopped to get a phone charger on.my way bak to ohio. Music was good too!
