Nice guys who helped with a last minute repair. The original store I called gave me all the wrong parts information, but these guys sorted it out, offered good advice, assisted with tools and other amenities. I’ve been to this location before and they never cease to be great representatives of O’Reillys.
Well, this is no surprise, I went in Thursday to get a hub assembly for my Denali and as always Chris Mcfarlin greeted me with a hand shake and a smile, his co workers were very friendly, Kari had a smile on her face and was working hard when I walked in and Shawn assisted Chris in getting my parts and oil and I'm pretty sure he just walked in the door I don't even think he was clocked in yet. I'm very grateful for a young man named Tyrone, I had spent over an hour @ another auto parts store (needless to say my car issue still wasn't solved) which led me to O'Reilly's. Tyrone took his time & checked for multiple possibilities/issues(very thorough) until he found the problem, he was very patience & knowledgeable. Thank you again Tyrone you have a star in my book! 👍🏽
